RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We accept returns

Contact us within: 5 days after delivery

Return items within: 14 days of delivery

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations

But do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order.

 
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Promotional items

 

Returns conditions

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

DELIVERIES

Standard delivery in Canada*
1-7 business days. Expect longer processing and transportation times for remote areas.
Fabrication delays:  between 6 to 10 days
Remote areas: additional fees may apply after your purchase. You will be contacted if necessary.  LITTLE WORLD reserves the right to refuse a delivery.*

Please note that some items may be shipped by another shipping company.

SHIPPING TO USA
For deliveries to the United States, the delivery conditions are the same as Canada.  Please refer to the standard delivery condition in Canada.
Customs and import taxes:  Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Sales tax:  Taxes may be charged by Carrier and customer is responsible for applicable taxes.
